Last night, while we were still in Hardin, MT, we had a strong windstorm that blew everything in the campground around. A tent was flattened, and Paddy went out in the wind and helped the people move into a cabin for the night. Also, I didn't see it but the awning on an RV came loose and flew over the top of the RV. Apparently it wasn't a total loss and the people were able to get it rolled up again and the support poles put back in place. It's all a learning experience for me, but Paddy seems to know about such things.
Today we finally left Hardin and headed into Wyoming. We are now in Sundance, WY, at the Mountain View Campground. We will spend two nights here. There are mountains on two sides of the campground, and we have a view out our large back window of the ones to the south. Very nice.
On our way to Sundance, we caught a glimpse of the Devils Tower, about 30 miles away. It's impressive! Looking forward to getting a closer look tomorrow.
